"Operator room" keeps 30 in clear around the machine, and "stored" drops that zone, for a machine you roll out only when the car is gone. Both leave a 24 in apron in front of the overhead door and a 30 in walk-around beside any parked sedan. In a 12 x 20 ft garage with a car inside, this machine has to be stored elsewhere.
This is a stock-fed machine. For 8 ft boards it needs about 15 ft of clear line; the 12 x 20 bay offers 20 ft with nothing else in it and 22 ft in a 22 x 22. Where the bay is short, the answer is an outfeed support that folds away or a mobile base that rolls the machine to the open middle.
Same job, two ways to buy, with one line on when each wins.

It draws 15 A at 120V (listing), so a 20 A breaker with 12 AWG copper covers the 125 percent rule. On NEC table amps for 2 HP the circuit comes out to a 30 A breaker and 10 AWG copper over a 30 ft run. A licensed electrician confirms the circuit before you wire.
