30-day money-back guarantee

Refund request

Use the whole kit. If it doesn't help, fill in the refund form within 30 days and you get every dollar back. No questions asked.

Fill in the form with the email address you paid with. We refund the full price to the original payment method by hand, usually within two business days, and you keep the files. You do not need a reason, though a line about what was missing helps us fix the kit.

A problem opening a file is not a refund reason, it is a bug: tell us and we will fix it first.
